In today’s balance practice, we built on our foundations by exploring Tree Pose, One-Legged Chair, and Warrior 3. I emphasized the importance of movement within these poses to engage our muscles and maintain balance, rather than striving for a static position. We also discussed how breathing, particularly exhaling, helps us stay relaxed and focused during these challenging poses. I encouraged everyone to use a chair or wall for support if needed and to have fun with the practice, allowing for adjustments and variations. Remember to check in with your body and enjoy the process!
